Troubleshooting the Mobile Commerce Add-on

I see errors in the Mobile storefront

Make sure that you have run the database update script and configured the Mobile Commerce settings.

Mobile devices not redirected

If when you visit your ProductCart-powered storefront with a mobile device you are not redirected to the mobile-optimized storefront located in the “m” folder, the reason is probably that you have not added (or not correctly added) the code needed to perform the detection and redirection.
